Enfield UNISON against sickness absence policy - 24th November 2025
Dear Members,
These materials have been sent to all schools with UNISON stewards and members who are subject to the policy.
Some schools have already said they will not implement the policy, and others are taking or considering action. If your headteacher has confirmed they won’t be adopting the policy, please let me know.
Leaflets are also being sent to the school through other unions so that we can take a united approach.
