The Library and Museum Service is facing a budget reduction for 2011/2012 of £578,000.  This means that at least 8 people are expected to be under threat of redundancy.

The Leader of London Borough of Enfield has signed off the report that extends Performance Related Pay to all staff currently graded SM1 to SM3. These staff will will be graded using the Hay job evaluation system and will be placed on two new senior manager salary scales.
